“I did 2 PT sessions per week with Steve and an additional 3 visits to the gym. Starting with a 5 minute warmup on a jogging / elliptical machine, followed by 40 minutes of weight training exercises. My visits to the gym were obviously a key element. But equally important was my diet. I kept it really simple. Consuming small meals every 2-3 hours, avoiding processed foods and cooking from scratch. I did find it a challenge to visit the gym on a regular basis but my ‘higher purpose’ of wanting to achieve my goal kept me on-track. With Steve’s support, knowledge and guidance I was able to achieve my fitness goals – consistency was the key”
