Got A Back Issue? (Brief Video)

Last week I received the following message from a member of the gym: “I would like to learn more back stretches and back strengthening exercises please. Cheers Steve.”

He’s also blessed with the same wonderful name. Here’s my response:

Here we go Steve – I’ve included some back exercise videos that may be useful to you.  But to be perfectly blunt, if you are suffering from back issues, a lot of it is due to lifestyle.

With most people, it’s either one or a combination of the following issues:

Poor diet

Poor sleep

Stressed

Excessive sitting

There’s no easy way around it Steve, except to recognise what the main issues is and tackle it/them head on. The following clips also include stomach exercises because they work in tandem with your back:

Half-Kneeling Band Wood Chops

Slight Hip Raises

Plank Exercise
