Meet Telly. Aged 39. First joined Surge in 2015.
I can put my hand on my heart and say ‘you’d be hard-pressed to meet a nicer man.’
He has a rewarding job as a Community Care-worker for the homeless. Much of which means being out on the streets, working all types of different hours, including nights.
Key to achieving your health goals is CONSISTENCY………… The challenge for him is precisely that…….. Resulting in, poor eating patterns and fluctuating gym visits.
Now I have trained him on and off for the past 18 months. And, as what happens with many of us….. we succeed for a while. Then fall by the way-side.
In Telly’s case he previously lost 12kg’s in just 2 months. But ‘Life Obligations’ took over. Before he knew it, he’d gained the weight back on…. And more.
NOW, HE’S BACK WITH ME AND WER’RE DRAWING A LINE IN THE SAND.
