I have always been a person that has exercised whether it be walking, cycling and gym fitness classes.
I went to a personal trainer many years ago and learnt some basics of weight and strength training but I never kept it up as equipment changes and I was nervous and self conscious of whether I was doing everything correctly so I stopped doing weight training for many years.
In 2022 I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and after a lot of googling and research I decided to contact Steve as I knew he would be able to guide me and help me build up the strength in my bones by strengthening the muscles around them.
I haven’t looked back. I am stronger and more confident in myself in all aspects of my life.
Steve is so knowledgeable and knows which exercises I should and shouldn’t do. He is really focused and dedicated to his clients and he really does care about my wellbeing.
I’m looking forward to my next dexa scan as I’m pretty sure my osteoporosis is reversing and that is thanks to Steve.
