COMP IN 3 WEEKS
Just 3 weeks to go before I can return to ‘normal living.’ YIPPEEE!
For those ‘PEEPS’ who are new to my weekly ‘FIT TIPS’ you may not be aware that, after a 10-year ‘rest period,’ I have decided to compete in the Western Australia State
Bodybuilding Championship on Saturday, Oct 7th.
For the past 5 months, I’ve been documenting my journey. Here’s the latest photo, plus the previous 4 months:
THE STATS
Started this journey in April this year
- April – 76kg’ and 15% Body fat
- Now – 72kg’s and 6%
- To put that in perspective, the average man at Surge is 26%. And ladies – 33%
- The aim for the next 3 weeks is to reduce to sub-5% body fat
Excited
Excited to hit that stage and compete against the best bunch of over 50’s guys this side of Aus. Even more excited to munch on a piece of toasted bread and dark chocolate. But what I’ve missed most is sitting down with my wife on a Saturday evening and supping on a few glasses of wine……… roll on
Sharing my experience – A 1-hour seminar where I share my experience? – register your interest below…….
I’ve been approached by members of the gym, asking me to host a 1-hour seminar on precisely how I went from Photo 1 to competition day (future Photo to be shared). Whilst I’m aware most folks don’t want to take their ‘bodies’ to this extreme, nevertheless it will serve as a platform for you to base your own journey on.
Wharts ‘N’ All, I’ll share my training regime, nutrition, and most importantly, setting yourself up for success. This could be delivered both in the gym as a 1-hour seminar. Or sent to you as a recording. There would be a small nominal fee of $25
I’d like to gauge your interest in this at the moment. If it does ‘float your boat.’ Simply message me back with your preference: IN-HOUSE SEMINAR or ONLINE RECORDING
Thanks for reading and all the supportive messages – It means a lot to me!!
Keep Pumpin!
