21 Rewards Of Exercise

This is going to be a very short and sweet newsletter.  In fact, this is going to be the one that you are going to copy and paste in your word processor program and put it in table format, print it out and laminate it.  Put this at various places where you will read it, and keep reading it, until it has become part of your mantra.

My 21 Rewards of Exercise

1. It will reset my body

A workout may block my appetite swings, improve my mood and help me sleep.

2. My clothes will fit better

Exercise will tone and tighten my body, causing my clothes to look better.

3. I’ll be less stressed

Take a break, go work out, I will be more relaxed and less stressed.

4. I’ll have more energy

When I am tired I will go work out.

5. I’ll be stronger

Weight resistance will make me stronger, I want to be stronger because I want to live longer.

6. I’ll be less likely to binge

Exercise increases leptin sensitivity which tames my appetite, ergo I binge less.

7. I’ll burn calories

More muscle burn more fat.

8. I’ll be more confident

When I am fit I walk taller, when I walk taller I have more confidence.

9. I’ll have fun

Yes, exercise is fun. Go and do it!

10. I’ll reduce my blood pressure

If one session can make it lower, just think what doing it consistently will do?

11. I’ll lose the jiggles

Bye-bye flab.

12. I’ll increase insulin sensitivity

13. I’ll sleep better

My tired muscles will help me fall asleep and my body will recuperate and burn more calories because I have increase my muscle mass.

14. I’ll lower my risk of heart disease

Regular exercise makes my heart strong and more resilient against disease.

15. I’ll feel great

Exercise = happy hormones being released.

16. I’ll lower my risk of diabetes

30 minutes a dat can make a big difference.

17. I’ll meet cool people

Like minded people hang out at the gym, bootcamps and workout centres. I can create my own mastermind group.

18. I’ll improve my BMI

19. I’ll increase my endurance

No more being out of breath when I am climbing the stairs.

20. My doctor will be impressed

No need to tell me to lose weight.

21. I’ll look amazing

I will be toned in all the right places.
