Better than HIIT for weightloss?

The truth is… in my 40s, it’s was harder to keep the weight off!
But as I hit my late 50’s I’ve made enough mistakes to now know what works….
You’ve probably noticed over the years how much harder it is to lose excess weight and shed belly fat after you reach age 40, right?

This happens because there is a dramatic hormonal shift that prevents traditional methods like interval training and low carb dieting from working on your body like they did when you were in your 20s and 30s.

What’s happening is that you could be doing the wrong interval training (and even too much of the right interval training) can be too much stress on your adrenal glands and that is slowing your metabolism to a snail’s pace, while low carb dieting suppresses the critical fat-burning hormones your body needs to flatten and firm your waistline.

It’s a simple fix. Starting with:

a) Decreasing your workout time
b) Increasing your intensity

Doing both of these rights can be tricky. But it can be done in 12 minutes (when done right).

It works so well after you reach age 40 because it works in tandem with the current hormonal condition taking place inside your body.

Try this and gradually build up to 8 minutes:
