Don’t let this happen to you!

There’s no hidden secret to ‘owning’ a figure or physique you can proud of
 
It’s simply a question of being CONSISTENT……
 
In your training!
 
In your eating!
 
In your sleeping!
 
Here’s a BEFORE/AFTER pic of John, one of my clients for the past 5 years. Aged 65, weight at 74kgs and 16% body fat. He’s CONSISTENT with a capital C
 
 
John is healthy and is willing to engage in a three-year program of lifting weights. He follows all the rules, eats correctly, sleeps accordingly, and trains 3 to 4 times a week. John makes steady progress toward his goals.
During this process of systematic training, John loses excess body fat and builds 2 to 6kgs of lovely toned muscle.
At some point in this journey, John’s hormones start to function efficiently and his metabolism is at an all-time high. He is athletic and fit, and, most importantly, he feels psychologically and emotionally strong.
 
Suddenly John stops for whatever reason. What will happen?
 
Nothing happens for the first two to three weeks. He probably looks and feels a bit flat after three weeks.
Two months into the interruption he loses some strength and gains some body fat. At this point, if John goes back and begins again he will become sore for the first few days but he will catch up rapidly.
Six months later. John loses plenty of strength and some muscle mass and gains some more body adipose. He can still salvage the deal. It will be tough at first but John will be fine.
Twelve months later. John is much weaker and has gained some weight noticeable to himself and everyone else. He has lost significant strength, flexibility, stamina, and endurance. His posture is unstable and his belly is hanging out.
Sixteen months later. John is no longer fit. Deterioration of muscle mass is already underway but he doesn’t realize it yet.
Three years later. Most of John’s muscle mass has gone due to atrophy. He looks out of shape and is prone to injuries. His hormones are no longer playing any role in muscle production and fat loss. He is no longer athletic and he is indeed not fit.
 
Suppose John now decides to go back to training accurately, eating properly, and sleeping well. He starts from ground zero.
 
Please, please don’t let John’s fictitious scenario happen to you.
