Tale of the Tape

Sitting at 75.6 kg and the old body fat is 11% The goal is to get it under 7% for the big day.

To put that in perspective, the average man at Surge is 26%. And ladies – 33%

The KEY to success is simple on paper, but challenging in reality. And that is CONSISTENCY.

Consistency in all my daily actions of sleep, nutrition, exercise, and emotions.

You simply have to ‘get shit done’ …… and more if you want to stand out from the crowd.
