Steve’s Month One Journey

I’ve got something to declare……..

Most peeps would know that I like to send weekly tips to enable you to move & feel better. However, on this occasion, I’m going to be a little self-indulgent….. but in the same breath, I commit myself publically….. Wharts & All.’  

Right, here we go……. After a 10-year ‘resting Period,’ I have decided to compete in a Bodybuilding competition.

So, I’m going to document my journey that initially started on the 1st of April. And continue to ‘Comp Day’ – 30th Sept this year

Why am I doing this??? Well, there are 2 reasons:

  1. It will make me even more committed to succeeding. Especially when times get tuff (and they will).
  2. Even though most peeps don’t want to look like bodybuilders, every person I know aspires to improve their figure/physique. So, I want to ‘walk the talk’ and show you that, a bloke who will be hitting sixty this year, can change for the better.

And if it inspires you to commence your personal journey, I’ve done my job.
