Just because you’re not sure how to do something doesn’t mean you CAN’T do SOMETHING.

If you don’t know how to squat a barbell… that doesn’t mean you can’t get up and walk.

If you don’t know how many calories you should be consuming… that doesn’t mean you can’t make better food choices to at least head into the right direction.

If you don’t know how to say “no” to tempting foods… that doesn’t mean you can’t give those foods to a shelter so you won’t have to say “no”.

Isn’t that good news? You don’t have to be perfect and you don’t have to know all the details.

Imperfect action is better than no action.
