New fitness focus for father of 5

I’ve been going to the gym since I was 14 on and off and over the years have been very up and down going through phases of really hammering the gym then not really going or going through the motions and not really giving it my full attention or always having an excuse to not go. 

With having a very busy job and a young family I’d want to go to the gym but would find it hard to get the time to be as consistent as I wanted to be.

I knew I had to do something different to get out of this spiral of no focus. I needed an intent. I needed a plan to follow.

Along came Steve. He knew exactly what I wanted to achieve and set a plan of action.

Oh boy. The workouts he devised, instantly made my muscles ache in a great way like they had been really worked full and ached for a few days later which is what I want every time I leave the gym.

4 weeks into the program I’m gaining weight, strength, size and definition. And so far, with his guidance and techniques I’ve stayed injury free and feeling great.
